How do I make a return?

1. Please call +923368499994 to obtain a Return approval.
2. Item(s) returned must be unused and in resalable condition.
3. Item(s) returned must be returned within 5 days from the day received.
4. Item(s) returned must be returned in a protective shipping carton. You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. If exchanging an item, please mention pot id: of the new item. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.
